This is a collectible beer mug made of high-quality colored crystal from the famous German manufactory Joska Bodenmais, located in Bodenmais, Bavaria.
The product is made of heavy lead crystal (usually with 24% PbO content) of saturated cobalt blue color. Intricate handwork is used — cut-to-clear cut-to-clear cut crystal. The master cuts through the top blue layer to the transparent base, creating a deep geometric or floral pattern.
The mug is equipped with a traditional hinged lid made of pewter with a decorative thumb lever.

Joska manufactory (founded in the 1960s) is famous for its glassmaking traditions and is one of the leading manufacturers of art glass in Germany.
