Liebst Du mich? Masskrug / Maßkrug

Liebst Du mich? Do You Love me? Very old pewter lid with couple onna bench having a serious moment.

The masskrug is in fine condition inside and out.

Original owner’s name engraved, I suspect? I cannot make out the letters??? My pictures do not help any, as the lighting makes it hard to read.

Not enough lighting in this picture without getting a reflection across the image. Nevertheless , it s a very nice design and the colors are still very vibrant in the right light.

Notice some simple, but nice metal work around the rim of the pewter lid.
