Artist monogram - capacity mark

Germany, jugendstil, art nouveau salt-glazed stoneware Beerstein. Blue wavy bottom line and transferprint with hand painted highlights in white enamel paint, depicting a walking gentleman and the saying" Soll ich Freude han, muss ich Trinken gahn" meaning: Should I have joy, I have to drink. 1/2 L capacity mark on side, domed pewter lid with shell thumb-lift and five-pin open hinge. Only "3" stamped on bottom.
