The famous numbered copy of the famous shape...
This exquisite 1.5 liter antique style Limited Edition Collectible stein is a masterpiece of the steinmaker's art; replicated from an historic original currently in the stein archives of the Albert Jakob Thewalt factory in Höhr-Grenzhausen, Germany. It displays the virtues of a righteous Senator (or Councilor): Humility, Joy and Sociability. Despite their significant roles in the community, senators are expected to act with fairness and humility, always prioritizing the common good. Senators foster community bonds and support celebrations and gatherings.
The text on the stein reads "Halt dich bescheiden - Trink mit Freuden" Which translates as: "Stay humble - drink with joy".
The mold for this stein was originally sculpted by an unknown master modeller around the year 1900 ordered by the factory of Albert Jakob Thewalt.
This beer stein features an impressive facon lid, cream colored background with cobalt blue accents and a certificate of authenticity with history on the back.
Limited Edition of 5000 individually numbered beer steins Worldwide.
