Sailor #1821 not in the BSL, I have seen some with different handles and some with a music box base. I think this one may have been made by Reinhold Hanke because of the handle and capacity mark. Albert Jacob Thewalt made a similar sailor #9006 but smaller, this one is around 8-1/4".
