This stoneware beer stein was made by Dümler & Breiden, circa 1880~1900.
This is a monochrome color stein, with a ceramic (porcelain) inlaid lid.
The design is most likely by Paul Dümler, but his 'PD'-marking is yet to be discovered in the details.. For now, I attribute the design to him.
The capacity marking is a bit unusual, since it says "1/2 Lit.", where normally we see just "1/2L".
