I cannot make out the first word, but the second one looks like “FRANKFURT aM”, but not sure about the last two characters?

Large metal base ring. Everything on this stein is tight and firmly affixed.

Impressed Reinhold Merkelbach (RM) inside the star. Also mold mark #668”. And another impressed mark that looks like a “V” but cannot be certain?
