This is a Villeroy & Boch Mettlach stein. Base has a bright and clear ink stamp.
Very rare measurement: 0.45 L.
Age: The base displays a 99. For Mettlach, that is year 1899.
If anyone can provide further information, especially on the mold letter/number extension, designer…
