Light grey stein, glazed with a handpainted decoration of enamel colors and the saying: In Der Schönen Frühlingszeit Macht Liebe Und Das Trinken Freud (In the pretty springtime makes love and drinking happy). Pewter lid with description: Zur Erinnerung a. d. Hausleute 1909-16 (In memory for the servants 1909-16). The base mark (B. T. M. Ges. geschützt) with red ink stamp stands for Brüder Thannhauser.
