The design of the mug is executed in the technique of fine lace relief. There is an inscription on the central facade of the mug. These are some of the popular German mottos used as a toast to a drink. Its essence is as follows: "Let's drink this cup to the bottom according to the precepts of our German ancestors
in a circle of cheerful friends."
The uniqueness of this particular mug is emphasized by the fact that on its outer surface of the bottom there is no standard Marzi & Remy imprint of the manufactory in the form of a stylized potter's wheel or other forms of the factory's trademarks. The Marzi & Remy manufactory allowed itself such freedom in cases of execution of narrow corporate orders.
