This 1/2 liter Cold War stein is named to Joy Levy, a member of the Arnold High School Class of 1963, Wiesbaden, Germany. Arnold High School was part of the DOD School System where children of service members and DOD civilian employees attended school while their parents were stationed in theater. There were schools located throughout the European Theater. The mark of the unknown decorator is shown.
