A nice stein in the jugendstil style, produced by Villeroy & Boch and marketed under their range of Bavaria products.
The decor is quite plain: a simple geometric design on a plain gray body. The lid and thumbnail are nicely shaped, making this stein very pleasing to the eye.
This 1/2 liter stein was produced in 1908. The decoration is numbered 404, and the body is a model 3079.
