This 1L wheel spun (Masskrug) with hand painted porcelain insert. is about 7-1/2" tall. "Was steckt hinter dem zaun?" (What is behind the fence?) And a touch mark under the pewter lid RITTER of LANDSHUT Bavaria circa 1870-1880. And the Monkey holding a Herring and riding the Tomcat on the front "Sitzet ihr frohlich beim Bier, denkt auch an's Katerthier!" (While you sit happily with your beer, consider also the hangover!)
