Westerwald pitcher

From the collection of Paul Van Eck

An interesting westerwald pitcher. By the looks of it it was handmade (decoration applied manually). It is not lidded and the handle has been glued at some point, but I like it because of it's nicely detailed decoration.
No markings on this fairly early historismus style piece.
Has some design features thst remind me of Regensburg pieces.
Any additional or corrective information by viewers is very welcome.
