Albert Stahl & Co "Teapot in the shape of a skull"

Albert Stahl & Co

From the collection of Paulo Vik Falcon

Collectible porcelain teapot in the shape of a skull. The item was made in the period 1990-1995 by the German manufacturer Albert Stahl & Co according to the antique Ernst Bohne & Söhne pattern.
This item is made in the Gothic style and is often used as a decorative element for Halloween or as unusual tableware for a themed tea party.
The main body is made in the form of a realistic anatomical skull with detailed teeth, some of which are covered with golden paint.
The spout of the kettle is stylized as a curved fragment of the spine with a second miniature skull at the end.
The handle is shaped like human bones. The lid is made in the form of a tightly fitting upper part of the skull, topped with a small decorative figurine handle in the form of a skeleton's head. It is convenient to take it to remove the lid of the kettle.
The sides of the kettle are made in the form of the front parts of the skull. That is, the kettle has a double-sided decor. The teeth of the skulls are decorated with gilded crowns.
