Stein from August Zinkl and G.F. "Fritz" Tenn #130 "Wonderful drink".
Judging by the technique of fastening the handle to the body, it can be assumed that the mug was made during the partnership of August Zinkl and G.F. "Fritz" Tenn 1875-1877.
To the left and right of the handle, two shields with inscriptions are depicted on the surface of the beer mug. On the shield, which is located on the right, it says "Gerste und Hopfen", which means "Barley and hops" in German. On the shield, which is located on the right, the German expression "Giebt gute Tropfen" is inscribed, which can be translated as "They give a wonderful drink". The result is a well-known German saying: "Barley and hops make a wonderful drink".
