Purchased at auction as a tobacco jar but it seems pretty large for that purpose, cookie jar maybe. Base is inscribved "Steinzeugfrabricken, Hofstetter & Kunst Höhr". Text on jar is "Kautabake von P.J. Pandtried Heidelberg".
