Germany, Baden-Württemberg, Freiburg im Breisgau; very old Brewery Stein cream-glazed stoneware with stencil print "INSULATOR - Inselbrauerei Julius Feierling" in dark- green enamel paint. 1/2 L capacity mark in front, handle with hole for better lid attachment, no Marker's Mark.
The brewery was founded by Julius Feierling in 1877 and closed in 1981, but was reopend in 1989 as "Hausbrauerei Feierling" [link] .
