19th century German roemer. Perhaps Thuringian or Bohemian in origin. Green glass with prunts on handle. About 10.5 inches high and about 5 inches across with saying, "Das selbst das beste Glas Einst gehen wird in Scherben, Das soll an frischem Trunk Nicht die Lust verderben" translates to "Even the finest glass Will one day break in shards, That should not, with fresh drink, Spoil our joy".
