Model number 3162, named "Two cavaliers toasting" by The Mettlach Book.
"Ein Glas beim Freund ist gut Gemeint" is the phrase below the scene. The same scene is found on a beer stein (model 1932). See [link]
The scene is a design by Christian Warth. Steins with this design are known to have been made since circa 1890.
