Dresden Art (Wilheim Rittirsch) made porcelain steins 1950-2003. No capacity mark, manufactures mark or Germany, just gesetzlich gesschutzt (legally protected). I have seen others with polka dots on the towel. About 8-1/2" tall. Looks alot like the Gerz Pig Bartender
