Handle and capacity mark not listed on TBSL.
No mold number applied. Stein is not listed in the Hanke catalog on TBSL. Also not listed in the Hanke and Steinzeugwerke catalogs on SCI.
Heavy open 3 ring hinge. Between c.1875-1895 was a period of transition from the closed hinge to open hinge, thumb lifts were also beginning to be moved over the hinge during this time. Heavy open 3 ring hinges were seen in use during this period.

Rough translation: "The (dry) throat costs a lot"
