Wolfertstetter Bräu is a family-run brewery in Vilshofen an der Donau (Lower Bavaria). It dates back to 1875, founded by Ludwig Wolfertstetter, and it has stayed in the family since then. They specialize in traditional Bavarian beers and are known locally for a wide range of brews including Helles, Dunkel, Weißbier, and seasonal specialties like Festbier.
Vilshofen itself is a known brewing town and hosts beer events like the “Starkbierfest” and is just west of Passau.
