Three Drinkers in a Tavern
Central image is based off of several oil paintings by Eduard von Grützner in which he slightly varied the two figures on the left while keeping the main figure, the drinker on the right fixed in his gaze to the viewer. This central image was then depicted on steins manufactured by several shops including Diesinger, Hanke and Whites of Utica.
Pottery Relief 1.0 Liter with cast pewter lid.
22.5 cm at the top of the tankard; 28.5 cm at the top of the lid.
