A glass stein with partly cut decorations and a metal alloy lid and footring.
5-ring 'open' hinge.
Inscription on the rim of the lid reads: "Für gute Schiehsleistung 1. Comp. J.R. 53", which translates as "For good shooting performance 1. Comp. J.R. 53". The number 53 probably refers to the year 1953.
Total height, lid included, is 24cm (9.5in)
