Merkelbach & Wick made steins1872-1921, this "Exerciser in Beer Barrel" is about 7-3/4" tall and has a hard to see 1/2L capacity mark. M&W made this for J. Reinemann of Munchen a merchant. It doesn't have a M&W logo, mold number or Germany on the base, but it does have GESETZLICH GESCHUTZT as seen on many M&W steins. It has "Gut Heil" (Good Health!).
