It's unusual to find these, this one's pretty plain. See also [link]

The 36th Component Repair Squadron was an Air Force unit stationed in Bitburg. The gilt painted name Lockheed is presumably the last name of the airman. It's pretty coincidental that Lockheed - Martin suppled more aircraft to the USAF than any other manufacturer. The lithophane is the usual found on Cold War steins.
