This is Boles?awiec pottery - Bunzlau, Lower Silesia. This is for the Beer Tavern - once a year miners gather traditionally to talk about profits etc. (actually it's a beer festival, that's why each miner gets a mug). It is connected with the cult of Saint Barbara, the patron saint of miners. This one was made for ZGH "Orze? Bia?y" - Orze? Bia?y Mining and Metallurgy Plants in Piekary ?l?skie/Brzeziny ?l?skie
