A 1/2 liter capacity beer stein, produced by Villeroy & Boch, dated 1890.
Phrases on the stein:
“Beim Liebchen da müssen wir loben und küssen!
Sind Freunde beieinand, nimm die Kanne zur Hand!
Bei jeglichem Feste ist Gesang stets das beste!
Das lindern der Noth, belohnet dir Gott!”
Height: 18cm (~7.1in). Including the lid it is 22cm (~8.7in).
Sadly the ceramic lid has a crack in it. The rest of the stein is in fine condition.
