This stein was well cared for. Everything is tight and super clean.

Open Five (5) Ring Hinge were not used until 1895 and throughout much of the twentieth century.

There is a 1/2 L. and underlined mark beside the handle.

I identified the designer as “ Gebrüder Allmann”.

Very interesting company history located in the “Stein Collectors International” (SCI) website. There is an identical stein and ink stamp in SCI as the one displayed here.
