No makers mark but the handle: MR-13 and capacity mark: MR-7 (per TBSL) identify it as being produced by Marzi & Remy.
This stein was produced in commemoration of the 5th German Singing Festival which took place in Stuttgart in 1896.
The "W.R.S." mark is currently unidentified.
