King-Werke (Würfel & Müller) started making steins 1949 and they are still in business today. This Bavarian Patriot is about 10-1/2" tall and has a 3/4L capacity mark and makers mark. There are two marks saying it is hand made and hand painted in Germany, This is the first time I have seen a second mark under the beer stein. The mold number may be #296 on the base.
