This stein uses a form of decoration that I've never seen done by any firm other than Marzi and Remy. For want of a better term I call it light etching or thin etching. At first glance it appers to be transfer, but a closer examination reveals that it is etched. This allows for very beautiful work and must have been difficult to do. This stein is part of a series or four with similar themes. It's not in TBSL. Recessed base.
