Marzi & Remy made steins 1879-1994. This "art nouveau Design" stein is about 5" tall. It doesn't have a makers mark or Germany. It has a 1/2L capacity mark, and mold #2380. In 1887 it was required to have Germany or Made in Germany on all exports. This stein may have been made 1880-1886.
