Blown glass with thick scrolled handle, possibly produced in Saxony.
Stone wheel cut designs which were then polished.
Biedermeier shape with pedestal consistent with the late Biedermeier period c.1820-1850.
Commonly referred to as a wedding stein.
Large closed 5 ring hinge and hollow ball thumb lift consistent with the time period.
Personalized C.A.M. and dated 1840

Pewter touchmark identified as belonging to Carl Gotthold Breitfeld of Annaberg, Saxony.
Breitfeld became a master pewterer c.1820 and died in 1869.
