Bruder Thannhauser stamp inside lid

.5 liter official stein designed by Franz Ringer for the 1906 German Federal Shooting Competition in Munich. It has a 5 pin, open hinge and the pewter was produced by Bruder Thannhauser, Munich. The lid shows the Munich Child holding a target in each hand. The central scene shows a shooter dressed in green and behind him is the federal eagle and the Munich skyline. The inscription translates to "15th German Federal Shooting Competition Munich - 15-22 July 1906. The right side scene is of the Munch Child inside a wreath. The left side scene is of the lesser Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of Bavaria and the "FR" monogram of Franz Ringer. The bottom of the stein is stamped with "Offizieller Festkrug" or Official Fest Stein
