The stein depicts a scene from Wagner's opera Twilight of the Gods in which Kriemelde, wife of Siegfried, is told by Brunhilde that Siegfried is dead.
The lid is loose and looks like a repair was attempted to the strap. Otherwise the stein is in good condition
