This is the 3/10 Liter Theodore Roosevelt Africa Safari Stein. There was a larger more detailed Stein and these smaller steins to commemorate Roosevelt’s safari for the Smithsonian after he left office. It’s unclear the manufacture but they are most often attributed to either Matthias Girmscheid or Marzi & Remy
