1885: Founded by Simon Lessing
1901: Royal Privileg " Hofbräu AG Bamberg"
1970: Takeover by Schickedanz Group, owner of Patrizier-Bräu AG.
1977: Beer-production in Bamberg was closed.
1982: The brewery Bamberg was demolished.
