A bowl, decorated in the jugendstil style.
Designed/produced around 1905~1915.
The bowl is not marked. It will have been produced by one of the wellknown producers Reinhold Merkelbach, Simon Peter Gerz, Hanke, et cetera.
The bowl's design has obvious similarities to a bowl that was designed by Paul Wynand. See: [link]
Based on that similarity I attribute the design of this bowl to Paul Wynand as well.
Height (including the lid): 27cm
Width/diameter (excluding the handle knobs): 23cm
