This jug/stein was designed by Paul Wynand and has been produced by Reinhold Merkelbach and also by Simon Peter Gerz I. The jug/stein was also marketed for a short period of time through the sales consortium Steinzeugwerke.
It was produced in a 0.3 liter (model 1457b) and a 3 liter (model 1457a) version.
Model 1457a measures circa 42 centimeters including lid.
