Souvenir from Hotel Alpenhof
A 1/4lt. Hotel Alpenhof (Garmish) stein made by Georg Schmider's "Vereinigte Zeller Fabriken".
The makers mark dates from 1933 and as Partenkirchen was added to Garmish in 1935 I assume that the stein dates from 1933/34.
The rather faded picture on the stein shows the Alpspitze, Hollental, Wayenstein and Zugspitze mountains from the Eibsee in the foreground.
No capacity mark but holds 1/4lt.
