gnome looking at hops 1/4 on the side with mark On the bottom number 1170 Geschutzt Villeroy & Boch Mettlach Germany. Number 2842 faintly stamped in one place and 03 stamped in another place. It has a footed base so I think this is called a beaker. No chips or cracks. Base has a little roughness and minor discoloration under the gnome.
