This plaque was most likely part of a serving tray.
The decoration (print under glaze) shows a Chinese woman serving tea.
I think this plaque dates to circa 1900~1920.
It measures 38x24 centimeters.
On the back is a (I believe) decor number 2120 together with a number 00.
