The handle sure looks like Reinholkd Hanke, but I don't think it's in the BSL.

This type of handle is typical of three manufacturers: R. Hanke, Fritz Thenn, and S.P. Gerz. However, in my observations, the S.P. Gerz handle has a more pronounced "leaf" at the top than the other two. Here, the "leaf" is significantly more prominent, leading me to conclude that it's a S.P. Gerz.
