art nouveau tobacco jar styled by Charlotte Krause for Merkelbach in 1912. Salt glazed stein in Cologne brown with geometric pattern with lines and bubbels coming out of the body. Base marks: Merkelbach mark from 1916, mold nr. 3049, capacity mark 1 1/2 L and B.
