This postcard is dated 1908. It features a group of 6 soldiers (corporals?). In front of them is a shield saying: "Die besseren Herren der 3. Korporalsch. 4/71. Erfurt 1908"
I believe this translates as "The better men from the 3rd Corporal school 4/71, Erfurt 1908" (Erfurt is a city in Germany).
Three of these men are holding 1/2 liter capacity lidded steins..
