art nouveau bowl styled by Paul Wynand for Merkelbach in 1911. Salt glazed stein in Cologne brown with black shields in different sizes and little black flower bubbels. Base marks: Merkelbach mark from 1909, werkbund mark from 1911, mold nr. 2271, capacity 7,5 litre. Height from base to the top of the lid 29 cm.
