Stein Marzi & Remy #989 "The 23rd Congress of German Consumer Cooperatives in Munich".
This large antique mug was released at the end of 1925 by special order of the organizers of the 23rd Congress of German Consumer Cooperatives in Munich (23. Deutscher Konsumgenossenschaftsag). It was held in Munich on June 13-17, 1926.
The mug has a capacity of 1 liter. Its ceramic base was made at the Marzy & Remy factory. The metal lid of the mug and its fasteners was made in Max Ruckl's workshop. The full name of the workshop is Rackl & Eisenmann / Max Rackl (vorm. Rackl & Eisenmann)

The stamp of the workshop can be seen on the inside of the tin lid. The main activity of Max Rakl was the manufacture of metal tableware. In addition, he was engaged in the manufacture of accessories for beer mugs, as well as entirely metal beer mugs.
The obverse of the lid of this mug shows a complex of buildings in detail. The Consumer Society Sendling-Munich (Konsum-Verein Sendling-München E.G.m.b.H.), which at that time was an important industrial and distribution center of the cooperative movement in the region.
There are two inscriptions on the lid using the engraving technique. In a circle: 23. DEUTSCHER KONSUMGENOSSENSCHAFTSTAG IN MUENCHEN 13.-17. JUNI 1926.
