The drawing for this mug was designed by the artist Hans Zipper. Although, there is reason to believe that Hans Christiansen could have used this name as a pseudonym.

The drawing is complemented by a German call to drink for love: "Trinken, lieber Hochzeitmachen sind fürivahr drei schöne Sachen".
Literally translated, it means: "Let's drink, dear, to the wedding - these are really three wonderful things".
